About Me
My name is Chris. I live in central New Jersey, about 15 miles from NYC. I earn my living developing environmental calculation and reporting software.
I enjoy reading books. Some of my favorite authors are Gore Vidal, Kurt Vonnegut, Stephen Pressfield, Oscar Wild and William Golding. I am interested in psychology, philosophy, history, science, technology, art, nature and music.
I purchased my first home in June 2007. It was a stressful scary experience at first, but I have really come to enjoy having my own space. I am still working my way down my “to do” list of home improvement projects. I enjoy conquering all the little challenges. My confidence grows with every project I complete.
For most of my adult life I have had a personal web page, and for much of that time it was not updated. I have decided that blogging would be a good exercise for me. I plan to get this blog started, and see how it evolves.
